Clausen Landscape & Design

A little background on Steve…

Steve has been in business for 40+ years and knows the plant material that is winter hearty, disease resistant and drought tolerant for this growing zone. He also chooses plant material that is lower maintenance and less prone to animal damage.
Whether it is a newer subdivision, with more clay and less soil, or an established sub-division, with less clay and more natural soil, Steve is familiar with what grows well in each.
He has his own nursery, which allows him to plant, nurture and harvest his own material before they ever reach the customer.
When when you work with Steve, he will come out and look at the area(s) that need a face lift, determine what established plants can remain and what should be removed. The goal being to stretch your dollar and try to leave “anchor” plants, yet, at the same time, create a fresh, tidy more colorful landscape. He will also work in phases, determining the priority area, so that you don’t have to do a big job all at once.
After you approve Steve’s design, he personally will be there to install your plant material and complete your job. You will see him every step of the way, from start to finish. He also provides a free pruning the following year, to show you how to maintain your new landscape.
